Resumo

O hemangioblastoma renal esporádico é um raro tumor benigno, com menos de 30 casos relatados na literatura de língua inglesa. Além de raro, geralmente este tumor é subdiagnosticado devido as semelhanças morfológicas e imunofenotípicas com outros tumores renais. Relatamos este caso de hemangioblastoma renal esporádico com expressão imunohistoquímica incomum.
